Women Entrepreneurship Conference (WECON) 2024

WECON, a national initiative dedicated to celebrating and empowering women entrepreneurs across Pakistan. As part of our efforts to engage and inspire the youth, we are excited to announce an art competition and we would be grateful if you could share this opportunity with your students.

About WECON: WECON, a project of Change Mechanics (implementing partner of NICI and NICF), is a platform focused on empowering women entrepreneurs through networking, mentorship, and access to opportunities. Our annual conference gathers leading figures in entrepreneurship and policymaking, including partners like UNESCO,USAID and UNDP, to explore challenges and opportunities in this space. This year, the theme of the WECON Conference is “Mumkin Hai – It’s Possible!” – celebrating the potential of women entrepreneurs who turn dreams into reality.

The Art Competition: In line with our conference theme, we are inviting young artists to create works that reflect the spirit of “Mumkin Hai”—the belief that through collaboration, perseverance, and hope, anything is possible. We believe art can powerfully express the journeys, challenges, and triumphs of women entrepreneurs in Pakistan.

Theme: “Mumkin Hai – It’s Possible!”
Submission Deadline: October 7, 2024
Eligibility: Open to all young artists
Prizes: 30,000 PKR cash prize for the winner; the top 3 artworks will be displayed at WECON Conference 2024, offering visibility to leaders and entrepreneurs.
Special Recognition: The winner will be invited to attend the WECON Conference 2024 and will be awarded the prize during the event.
